About Me
I'm a married father of two living and working in Ballymacoda Co. Cork.

I discovered Craniosacral Therapy after it was recommended for one of my children, and was immediately fascinated.
I began getting my own treatments and the effect on my well-being was profound, and knew that this was something that I needed to do!

I have trained with Upledger Institute Ireland up to Advanced Level, and am qualified to treat children and babies. I have also completed training which focuses particularly on the gut - 'The Second Brain'.

I am a fully insured and registered member of the Irish Association of Craniosacral Therapists- the professional body which regulates CST in Ireland. All members maintain a standard of continuous training and a code of ethics, have taken First Aid and Children and Vunerable Adult training through Tusla, and are fully Garda Vetted.
How It Works
In Craniosacral Therapy we believe that the body has an innate abilty to heal itself. However, restrictions occur that prevent this mechanism from doing its job. It is the therapist's job to tune into the client's body via the fascia- a whole body network of connective tissue. This allows the therapist to locate the source of an issue, physical and/or emotional, to facilitate and support the client's inner healing process. This improves the flow of cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) and helps the central nervous system return to a state of homeostasis, improving overall well-being.
